Brian has been in ministry for 23 years in Oklahoma, Arizona, Tennessee and now in Colorado. He has a passion to communicate the Scripture in a very practical, everyday way, where God does not seem far away, but an intimate part of life. Brian has been married to Kim for 24 years and they have 4 children, Madison, Mylee, Brady and Maci. The love to go out to eat, laugh at silly movies, cheer at one another's sporting events and play Wii.

Andy Albright - Youth Pastor

Pastor Andy earned a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education. He taught for two years in the Jefferson County Public School system but then left teaching because he could not ignore God’s call to enter into full-time ministry. He started at WCON as the Junior High Youth Pastor and January 2009 took over the entire Youth Ministry. He is married to Sarah and they have one son. He enjoys playing, coaching and watching basketball. One of his ministry goals is to promote a friendly atmosphere in which every student has the opportunity to grow spiritually.

Tomas Alvarez - Latino Pastor

Pastor Tomás was born and raised in Chiapas,

Mexico

. He earned a Master of Divinity degree, is an Ordained Elder in the Church of the Nazarene and has pastored in México and the

United States

since 1980. Pastor Tomás is married to his dear wife, Ruth. Together they have four grown children, two granddaughters and one grandson. He and the whole family enjoy spending time together cooking and eating authentic Mexican food.

David Baca- Connecting Pastor

The Baca's have been an active part of ministry for many years. Pastor David has completed courses from Manhattan Christian College and has been a Lay Pastor since 2005. His passion is to make every person that walks through the church doors feel welcome and appreciated, as well as to help them "connect" in service to the Lord with their God-given spiritual gifts. Pastor David is married to his better half & best friend, Regina, and has three children and two grandchildren.

Amy Guthrie - Children's Pastor

Pastor Amy earned bachelors degrees in Elementary Education and Bible. She taught for five years in the public school system and in May of 2004, she earned a masters degree in Administrative Leadership and Policy Studies. Pastor Amy has been on staff at WCON since June, 2004. It is her deep desire is to build a partnership with parents to provide a fun, caring environment where children come to know the Lord as their personal Savior and grow in their faith. Pastor Amy is married to husband, Tim.

Scott Kelley- Worship Pastor

Pastor Scott joined the WCON Pastoral Staff in January of 2009. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Music Education and has been in Worship Ministry since 1998. Before coming to Westminster, he pastored in Indiana, South Carolina and Florida. He is married to wife, Teresa, and they have two children.

What would Pastor Scott like you to know about Worship Ministry? "It is vital to the life of the church! It is key to what we're created for and is the energizing force behind every other ministry."

Loyd McLaughlin - Pastoral Care

Pastor Loyd is an Ordained Elder in the Church of the Nazarene and has pastored since 1966. He earned a Masters of Divinity, is a charter member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and a member of the Wesleyan Theological Society. He has faithfully served WCON since 1999 by making hospital and nursing home visitations, developing the “PrimeTimers” 50+ Ministry, conducting weddings, funerals, and preaching as needed. Pastor Loyd is married and has four grown children and seven grandchildren.

Janette Mikatich - Local Missionary

Janette earned a Certificate in Leadership and an MA in Intercultural Ministries. She is also certified to teach ESL (English-as-a-Second Language) and to serve as a Red Cross Shelter Manager. Married in 1981, Janette and her husband have two adult sons. Janette took an early retirement from the District Attorney’s Office to answer God’s calling to serve as a Local Missionary at WCON. Janette is also a certified Field Traumatologist with Nazarene Disaster Response.

Jason Staudinger - Remedy Campus Pastor & Ministries Pastor

Pastor Jason has a bachelor’s degree in Music Business, a Master's Degree in Church Leadership and was ordained in the Nazarene church in 2009. He has served in ministry at Maranatha! Music and Promise Keepers prior to coming to WCON in June of 2005. Married in 2001, Jason and his wife Stacey have a son and two mini-dachshunds. He enjoys skiing, listening to music, gardening, and playing just about any sport.
